This Cookie Notice explains how Xuroe L.L.C. ("Xuroe", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website at https://xuroe.com (the "Site") and in the Xuroe app at https://app.xuroe.com (the "App"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are used to make sites work, to remember preferences and, on many sites, to collect analytics or serve advertising. Similar technologies include local storage (a store in your browser that a site can write to and read from) and tracking pixels.
2. Cookies and storage on the Site
The Site sets no cookies of its own and stores nothing in your browser. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on the Site, and we do not run third-party marketing pixels or social-media widgets. The only technologies that may touch your browser when you visit the Site are:

The Site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. Google does not set cookies for this, but your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google to fetch the font files, as described in the Google Privacy Policy. | Third-party request, no cookie |
When you fill in the demo request form or the instant quote on the Site, what you type is sent to us only when you press submit. It is not stored in your browser.
Strictly necessary cookies are required for a site to work securely and, under UK and EU rules, do not require your prior consent. They still have to be disclosed, which is the purpose of this notice.
3. Cookies and storage in the App
If you sign in to the App, it keeps a small number of entries in your browser so you stay signed in and the App remembers your preferences. All of them are strictly necessary or preference entries; none are used for advertising or tracking. They are:
- Sign-in entries (
kanopy-token,kanopy-auth,kanopy-superadmin, local storage) — keep you signed in and remember your active workspace, until you sign out or the token expires after 30 days. - Preference entries (
kanopy-themeandkanopy:*keys, local storage) — light or dark mode, colour preferences, column widths, sort order and dashboard layout, until cleared. - Web-chat entry (
xuroe-chat:<business>, local storage) — returns you to your conversation with a business on its chat page, until you start a new conversation or clear it. - Security cookies (
XSRF-TOKEN,session) — protect forms and the API against cross-site request forgery, for the session only.
The same list, with lifetimes, appears in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy. The App will not work without the sign-in entries.
4. What we do not use
- No Google Analytics or other third-party analytics.
- No advertising or retargeting cookies, such as the Meta pixel or Google Ads tags.
- No social-media tracking widgets.
If we ever add analytics or marketing cookies to the Site, we will first show visitors in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area and other places where the law requires it a banner that lets them accept or decline those cookies before any are set, with a way to withdraw consent later, and we will update this notice and the Privacy Policy at the same time.
5. How to control cookies
Most browsers let you see, block and delete cookies and local storage through their settings, and let you block third-party requests. Because the Site uses only Cloudflare's security cookies, blocking them may stop a security check from completing. Blocking the App's sign-in entries will sign you out. Guidance for common browsers is available at allaboutcookies.org.
6. Changes to this notice
We will update this notice whenever our use of cookies or browser storage changes. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest revision.
